If you’ve ever worked in the service industry, first I applaud you. I’m sure there were times when you wanted to tell a customer or two, or three off, but in our politically correct world if we did that we would for sure be fired. When I open my restaurant I will employ the Gordan Ramsey principle, watch and see how it’s done!
