Strawberry Spinach Salad

(If you love salad as much as I do, you have to try this one.)

Baby Spinach Leaves

Sliced Strawberries

Walnuts

Feta Cheese (or bleu or gorgonzola)

Dressing

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbls. sesames seeds (optional)

1 tbls. poppy seeds

1 1/2 tbls. minced dried onion

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 cup veg. oil

1/2 cup cider vinegar

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar; shake well and chill. When you’re ready to serve, put spinach, strawberries, walnuts and cheese in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with dressing and toss!
