A few years ago while on Weight Watchers I was craving pizza like a mad women so my sister suggested I make my own pita pizzas. What an amazing idea! To this day every time I make this simple dinner I say to myself, Heather why do you order pizza when you can make this amazing little number for next to nothing in calories, time and money! Like I said, it’s super simple but here you go!
Ingredients:
Large pita bread
Tomato sauce, I use Classico brand
roasted red onions and red peppers
2 slices of cheese, I use harvati
a dollop of fete cheese
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450, place in oven on middle rack and cook for 5 min. then enjoy!
so simple! but perfect for a lazy week night dinner!
