I was scheduled to have a client lunch today but as a back up I brought a can of Weight Watchers Chicken Noodle Soup…my lunch appointment was cancelled, so I was stuck with one option for lunch – the soup. It was HORRID! and was tossed! So I proceeded to eat about a cup of cashews and and Triscuts. That was lunch, not very filling and not very healthy. To much good fat and salt.
I’m starting to count the days until we move (21 days) because things being up in the air are now starting to bother me and upsetting my balance. I’m looking for some advice on keeping the balance during times of transition. I’m committed to cooking dinner and packing lunches everyday to maintain some kind of norm…but I need more than this. Help!
