If I were a man I may have enjoyed the two meals I had a JOEY last week.  The girls that work there are beautiful, but they lack some serious customer service skills. When I say lack, I’m being nice, they down right SUCK.  But cute half naked 19 year old servers aside, the food and drinks where lovely.

My first trip over was last Tuesday evening to meet a client for drinks.  I had an amazing Tanqueray gin martini (a perfect 10) followed by some Persecco equally as yummy.  This should of been washed down with some food but we were off to see a show so steamed edmamaee had to do.  I recomend the martini’s, my company had a vodka martini that also looked amazing.

I was back the next day for a large client lunch, was greeted by the beautiful girls once again, then quickly forgotten about until it was time to pay the bill.  I guess seven ladies at lunch ordering salad’s doesn’t equal big tips…BUT my compalining stops there.  I had the SASHIMI TUNA SALAD with mango, peanuts, avocado & cilantro and mint lime dressing.  It looked and tasted so fresh, but I could of eaten three of them!

I must mention that if you are at Joey for drinks be perpared to walk a mile, yes almost a mile to the washrooms which are somewhere in the basement of the Eaton Centre.

I’m not sure I would go there again by choice on my own time…
