Oh My FAT…and I love it!

So here I am, day one of my Paleo experiment and I am loving every minute of it! Who wouldn’t love a day of this:

Breakfast:

3 strips of organic bacon

2 organic eggs

Organic tangerine

Snack:

Organic Banana

Lunch @ the Boiler Room (location of JJ n my first date)

Caesar Salad (-) Croutons

White wine n tomato mussels

2oz Almonds

Dinner:

4 pork meatballs n tomato, balsamic reduction

There was WAY more protein today than I would normally have, tomorrow it will be allot more veggies today was about a meat affair and Dammmmm it was good!!

So for the details:

Weight – 159.4lbs

Food above:

Cals from food 1333

Carbs 8 grams

Fat 105 grams

Protein 34 grams

Sodium 1154

Fibre 4 grams

As you can see lots of fat, very low fibre today…that will not be typical (the low fibre) of this eating plan, today the first day and I was doing home work and running around all day. Not allot of planning.  Now to the next question.

Did I exercise? Yes, I walked for about 6km

How did I feel: GREAT! I love eating meat! I am very interested to see how this plays out at the end of 30 days.  Day 1 down!
