There are lots of diffident things I am experiencing as I move through my Whole30, one being new flavour combinations. The sauce cooked here has orange juice and cinnamon in it! Who would of thought to mix those two ingredients…not me! But Los Angeles chef Suzanne Goin did. I came across her recipe yesterday for Lamb Meatballs with Spiced Tomato Sauce and used it as my base line since not all ingredients are Whole30 safe. I recommend trying her recipe out, it is a flavour combination I am going to include in my tickle trunk of recipe ideas.

HI, I bought the Whole30 book and my first week used that exclusively. However, I love to cook so now I’m familiar with what I can and can’t eat I’m experimenting on my own in the kitchen.
